When you send an enquiry, we receive the name, email address, optional phone number, selected service and message you provide. We use these details to respond to your request and discuss the work you are interested in.
Website enquiries are delivered to the studio’s current mailbox, silora@digiloom.co.uk. The website is hosted with Hostinger. Hosting and email providers process information as part of operating those services.
The contact endpoint uses a temporary, hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. Message contents are not stored in that rate-limit file. Standard hosting logs may record requests under the hosting provider’s settings. We have not added advertising pixels or analytics trackers to this website.
The contact page includes a Google map of Manchester. Loading the map connects your browser to Google’s map service.
Your selected light or dark theme is saved in your browser so it can be remembered on later visits. On the live site we count anonymous theme selections to help improve the website. These counts do not identify visitors or measure unique people.
We do not add enquiry details to a marketing newsletter automatically. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information in the enquiry form.
